1. For Recreational Swimmers

Keep harsh pool chemicals and unwanted substances in all swimming water from damaging your hair:

• Dampen the Hair: Wet your ponytail with fresh water and/or a leave-in conditioner.
• Cover the Bun: Twist your dampened hair into a secure bun and place the Capbunzel directly over it.

2. For Competitive Swimmers
